Venus in Pisces Sextile Jupiter in Taurus

Venus is self-love, self-worth, simple pleasures, and an appreciation of being alive. Venus is feeling and knowing with all of your being that you belong to yourself, to this world, and to life itself. Venus’s healing reveals itself as an embodied understanding of the truth that we are valuable. It holds the capacity to not only see the beauty of being alive but to also feel it, be it, live it, and create with it. Venus’s healing is a deep-rooted sense of self-love, so much so that it emanates into all areas of life, including our relationships.

Jupiter, in astrology, is growth and abundance. It is expansion and belief, hope and faith. Whatever Jupiter touches, it expands. Whatever Jupiter touches, it blesses.

As Venus and Jupiter make a sextile—that is, form a 60-degree angle with one another—we are offered our very own Venus healing. Venus sextiles Jupiter on March 24, 2024, the day before our lunar eclipse in Venus-ruled Libra. As the intensity of this week’s eclipse builds, invite a moment to slow down and honor your own Venus healing and the ways in which you have grown and can honor your self worth.

Write a love letter to yourself, or let your body remind you that it is art. With Venus in Pisces, it brings intuitive, etheric, and loving creativity. With Jupiter in Taurus, it brings us into the pleasure and beauty of our physical bodies, our senses, and the springtime abundance of the Earth. What would a day of you honoring your own Venus in Pisces and your own Jupiter in Taurus look like? What would allow you to fall in love with you, your body, and the beauty of life?

Full Moon Lunar Eclipse in Libra

The initial lunar eclipse of the year meets us on March 25, 2024. Continuing what began in July 2023 and influencing us into 2025, this lunar eclipse relates to one of the biggest explorations of what it is to be human—to be in relationship with one another.

A lunar eclipse is a release. It is a full Moon partnered with the lunar nodes, which are astrological symbols of destiny, purpose, and evolution. Eclipses bring purpose, depth, meaning, where the voice of our own higher wisdom becomes louder, felt in our bodies, unable to be ignored. They remind us, over and over again, of our own knowing. They remind us, over and over again, of the importance of listening, trusting, loving, appreciating, and honoring the voice that comes from within, for it always whispers what we most need to hear.

It is part of our nature to desire belonging. It is a profound part of what it means to be human to want love, to give love, and to desire collaboration and partnership. Yet we aren’t always taught that we belong, that we deserve and are worthy of love, or that we can come together with another through being inherently who we are. This lunar eclipse asks that we pour more love into ourselves. It asks hat we explore belonging within our own beingness. And it asks that we remain open to what we desire when it comes to what love, partnership, and collaborations look like in our life—but only if they honor you.

It is an eclipse to witness the ways in which our energy and emotions shift and change around others, the inner patterns that are brought to the surface, and the beliefs that shape our experience. It is through this insight that we heal. It is through this insight that we peel back layers, coming home to the beauty, pleasure, and magic that it is to be in relationship with one another.

Eclipses bring change, soul alignment, and healing. The upcoming lunar eclipse brings healing to the ways that we place another above ourselves and diminish our life force. It brings healing to the ways we match energy, step outside of, abandon, or lose ourselves that diminish our sense of self, whether instantly and obviously or slowly and subtly. This eclipse is our mirror. Through this self-insight, we experience healing around the places where we search and yearn for love, safety, worthiness, and peace, whether we don’t inherently feel that way through our own internal systems or we learned these ways of being through the world around us.

Venus Sextile Uranus

Following the insights revealed and the shifts created from this week’s lunar eclipse in Libra, the lovely Venus in Pisces comes into a sextile with Uranus in Taurus, bringing empowerment, freedom, and breakthroughs in the ways we honor our self-love, creativity, and relational dynamics.

In astrology, Uranus is our planet of awakening. It brings clear insights and sharp realizations. It heightens intuition and sparks inspiration. And it fights for individuality, liberation, and freedom. Much like this week’s lunar eclipse, Uranus brings revelations. And much like the Venus-Jupiter sextile earlier in the week, Venus in Uranus brings healing. With Uranus, its impact can be felt stronger, sharper, inspiring liberation, the impulse, and inspiration to make a change, and to honor our individuality.

Your Invitation

Eclipses are points of change, realization, and realignment. They are where the voice of guidance seems to become louder and clearer than before. Where that voice comes from within, speaking through our emotions, ideas, and knowing to inspire a new action taken and decision made. Where that voice speaks through our outer reality, seemingly thrust upon us by changes over which we have no say.

Transformation is at the core of eclipses. They symbolize the kind of cracking open that, when we look back on it later, seems to be the doorway that unfolds into everything good, purposeful, and real that follows for years to come. Eclipses are where it becomes clear what is for us and what is not.

As this week’s eclipse comes into partnership with the south node in Libra, it brings change to our relationship with ourselves and our relationships with others. Before, during, and after this eclipse, Venus supports the changes taking place by bringing healing, reminding us of our belonging to ourselves, the earth, and life, and it inspires empowerment, self-trust, and breakthroughs in this space of our lives.

As you move through the tides of transformation that are eclipse season and the self-appreciation that is Venus, let them help you feel into what really matters as you seek a feeling of being at home, and that’s how you honor yourself.
