  1. If you want the MAX and RELIABLE values … you need to TEST THE MAX. You can only achieve so much with submaximal testing, particularly for force-velocity profiling. 
  2. Pelvic tilt, MAX speed and F0 when lifting weights are all NOT the same. Yes, maybe there is a minuscule relationship, but they can all show up differently within one individual. If you want what EACH metric is promising, TEST the metric APPROPRIATELY!
  3. Parachutes and light loads might NOT be specific to the part of the force-velocity profile you want to develop if you are aiming to be SPRINT SPECIFIC. Make it heavy, but so they are still moving fast. Don’t make it too fast, and apply all progressive principles.
